Dr David Molapo is a foremost Management Consultant, Educationalist and renowned Motivational Speaker.
Through his public appearances, stints in the media and books, David is able to effectively motivate, inspire and guide over a million people in South Africa each year, providing them with the confidence and tools to change their lives and those of the people around them.
At the age of thirteen, David was imprisoned for political activities. It was there where he started an amazing process of changing his life that led him to be the successful businessman, leader, husband and father that he is today. David is married to Mamikie and has a son Mosa and a daughter Mpho.
Dr Molapo was educated in both South Africa and the United States of America. He obtained an Associate degree in Maths and Science from Phatudi College, a Bachelor of Science degree form Oakwood College in Huntsville Alabama, Masters in Education from Oral Roberts Tulsa Oklahoma and a Doctorate in Religious Education from the International Seminary in Florida.
Teni Eleoramo is the Founder and Group Managing Director of the Kohath Investment Group, a wholly owned Nigerian holding company formed in 2004 with interests in new city development, mining, agriculture and energy.
Teni is championing the most ambitious affordable housing, new city development in Africa as the Project Development Director of the Land of Honey City Development Company. This special purpose entity is transforming 900 hectares of land into the most vibrant and well-planned city in Nigeria, with 15,000 affordable housing units. Other notable on-going projects and investments include the Oro Tantalite Mining and Beneficiating project, under the auspices of Kohath Mining Company.
Teni has nurtured and successfully grown the company’s asset portfolio from inception to above US$490 million across mining, agriculture and real estate/ urban land development, making it a significant emerging markets conglomerate.
Prior to the full diversification of the Kohath Investment group in 2011, the company provided bespoke strategy and business consultancy services for international oil and gas companies operating in Nigeria such as Total Exploration & Production Companies, Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria, NNPC, Cadbury and many others.
Teni has a Masters in Business Administration (Distinction) from the University of Oxford, Said Business School, and is also an Alumnus of the London Business School. He has held leadership positions since the age of 17 and in his University days was the winner of Arthur Anderson’s award, acknowledgement by the Vice-Chancellor for outstanding Leadership performance in the university community.
Teni was recently recognized as one of the 2019 Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD) global 100 list under 40 years of age (Business and Entrepreneurship category). The award recognizes the positive contributions made by people of African descent, worldwide. Teni is happily married with three lovely daughters and a son.
Fatai Kayode Lawal is an accomplished Insurance Executive. He holds B.Sc. (Hons.) Insurance and MBA of the University of Lagos in addition to Fellowship of both the Chartered Insurance Institute of London and Nigeria FCII, FIIN. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School (CEP13).
“FK”, as he is fondly called is a man who has great leadership qualities and craves for excellence and accomplishment in any chosen path. Mr Lawal’s expertise and exposure are widely acknowledged in the African Insurance Industry and beyond.
With over twenty five years post qualifying experience spanning across Insurance Broking, Direct Insurance and Reinsurance, Mr Lawal worked for Glanvill Enthoven & Co and Continental Reinsurance Co. Ltd. before assuming the Chief Executive position of Refuge Insurance Co. Ltd. from 1993-1999 and Universe Reinsurance Company Limited from 1999-2007. He is presently the Managing Director of Sterling Assurance Nigeria Limited which is a product of the merger of Universe Re, Sterling Assurance and Newline Insurance from 2007 to date.
Mr Lawal is a Council Member of both the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and Nigeria Insurers Association, contributing immensely to the growth and progress of the Industry. He is also an Executive member of West Africa Insurance Companies Association and Ambassador of the International Insurance Society Inc. USA. He is widely traveled and happily married.
Mr. Oshowole is a gradute of psychology from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife. He also possesses a degree in Law from University of Buckingham. He started his professional Career in 1992 as a trainee accountant at KPMG Peat Marwick Nigeria, and then worked briefly at Phillips Petroleum Nigeria before leaving Nigeria in 1995 for further studies in the UK.
He is a dynamic business consultant and solution architect specializing in SAP’s Supply Chain Management suite of applications. Over the past years he has maintained a track record of successful consulting assignments in several industry sectors for multi-nationals both in the UK and Internationally. Mr. Oshowole is a member of the Institute of Business Consulting in the UK.Mr. Oshowole brings to Kohath Group his wealth of experience gained from consulting on Supply Chain Management and IT Transformation programs for global SAP clients such as HP, Enron, Cable & Wireless, Vodafone, Kraft Foods, Diageo, Barclays Group, Capita Group, GSK BG Group, Bedfordshire, Southwark and Enfield County Councils.
Mr. Oshowole is the Principal at EmiScient Ltd in the UK a consultancy in the SAP ecosystem. EmiScient through its team of associate consultants provides specialist advisory services to SAP customers, in the areas of strategic business consulting, Supply Chain and Procurement Transformation, SRM/eSourcing Implementations, and SAP Solutions Value Assessment.
Dr. Abdu Mukthar, a former Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Abuja Investments Company Limited, has acquired over 20 years of extensive professional experience in both private and public sectors, having served in the following capacities: Research Associate, Boston University Medical Centre for International Development, Boston, Massachusetts, U.S.A; Associate Consultant PRTM Consulting, Boston. Mss, U.S.A; Transaction Adviser/Special Assistant to the Director General, Bureau of Public Enterprises, Abuja – FCT, Nigeria, and Senior Special Assistant to the Minister on Economic Matters, Federal Capital Territory Administration, Abuja.

Dr. Abdu is a Medical Doctor by background, and also earned a dual doctorate degree in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine with dual Minors in Immunology and Molecular Biology from Boston University School of Medicine. He also holds an MBA (Master in Business Administration) from the prestigious Harvard Business School in 2001. He has also attended significant courses in Kennedy School of Government – Harvard University, U.S.A; the Said Business School – Oxford University, UK; and the African Leadership Institute, Cape Town, South-Africa.

Mr. Thomas is the Chief Operating Officer at Kohath Investment Group where he manages interests in several focus sectors such as Mining, real estate, commodities trading and oil and gas.
Prior to working with Libni, Mr Thomas Eleoramo worked as the Chief Executive of Kohath Global Trading where he oversaw and successfully managed the business focused on trading, and procurement services.
Mr. Thomas possesses over seven (7) years experience in Investment management. He was also a Portfolio Manager with NLPC Pension Fund in Nigeria where he managed Pension Fund assets totalling up to $502 million. Mr. Thomas was part of the team that attained pension fund growth of at least 10% year on year growth in Assets under Management (AUM) from about $350 million to about $850 million. Prior to NLPC PFA, Thomas worked at FDHL Limited, where he worked as a Consultant and Market intelligence officer.
Mr. Thomas Eleoramo is an Alumnus of IE Business School where he received a Masters in Finance. He is also a CFA® charterholder and holds various certifications from Bloomberg LP. Mr Thomas possesses a versatile skill set with experience in Mining, Strategy, Investment Management, Portfolio Management, Asset Allocation development, Research and Financial Markets diagnostics, Corporate Finance and Investment Banking. He is driven by the passion to ensuring Libni Energy Services becomes a foremost player in the global oil and gas servicing industry.
